The carbon footprint of food

Ziggy has an inflatable globe as part of her essential kitchen equipment – why? To point out to people where all our food comes from.

It’s a complicated issue .. for example, it can be argued that purchasing tomatoes from Spain has a smaller footprint than buying tomatoes that were locally grown in heated greenhouses.

I theorise that it’s the static off this globe that makes Ziggy’s hair stand on end.
